On Monday, August 23, 2010 I went to Providence Memorial Hospital for day surgery. My previous experiences at your hospital had not been too impressive but on this day everything was truly commendable.

Christina, in day-surgery registration [ground floor] was so professional and friendly. The day-surgery ward nurse, Connie, was compassionate and caring. The nurse-anesthetist [Bill?], the anesthesiologist whose name I did not get, and Daniel in the recovery room were also friendly, very respectful and caring. My procedure was performed on time and I was on the way home by 9:30 a.m.

I want to commend your personnel for making me feel like an individual they cared about, not merely a body with an ID bracelet.
